Cost Engineer. Oil-and-gas industry. Задачи, обязанности: To provide Cost Engineering expertise to the Technical Directorate, with a focus on Well Engineering related costs. Be a member of the Cost, Planning and Reporting Team of the Technical Directorate – Business Support Department. Assist with building and maintaining the professional cost, planning and management reporting section of the Business Support Department, enabling the Technical Directorate to deliver the wells required to realise the value reserves. Help to manage all cost, planning and management reporting aspects of Technical Directorate. Ensure adequate budget provision is requested for the planned workscope. Ensure adequate work activity planning and activity reporting systems are in place and being applied. Ensure that adequate cost estimating and reporting systems are in place and being applied. Assist with fulfilling the Technical Directorate’s corporate and primary departmental reporting requirements.

Drilling Supervisor Oil-and-gas industry. Задачи, обязанности: Lead the safety culture of the rig operations. Provide continuous, accurate, clear and concise information to the office based Engineer on any aspect of the rig operation (i.e. processes, costs, HSE, etc) as and when necessary on continuous twenty-four (24) hours per day basis. Safe guard the Company’s assets and interest (e.g. platform, wells, materials and equipment). Verify that all Contractors adhere to and are fully aware of Company’s well control policy and procedure. To intervene or take complete charge of operations to drive performance and/or when significant problems are encountered. To provide guidance and assistance to the contractor staff to overcome the problems or expedite operations. To ensure that the environment is protected at all times during rig operations. Prevention of pollution or other damage which may result in future from present operations or immediate harm to the natural environment in which we operate. To ensure that all relevant well data and learnings are completed and accurately recorded in a timely fashion. Verify and sign off Job Ticket for work performed at well site.
Требования: Graduate engineer (preferred) or at least a good technical college diploma in Engineering. Must be willing to achieve a valid well control certificate from an internationally recognised authority or be prepared to demonstrate comparable level of proficiency! IWCF certification will be mandatory in probationary period if position offered is a drilling supervisor. Must have at least 10 years of well engineering experience, of which at least 4 years have been spent at the wellsite as the senior company representative on site/Drilling Supervisor. Ability to control and manage emergency situations. Ability to take quick decisions and act on them appropriately. Must be able to communicate operational information in English although help will be given to suitably qualified staff who lack this ability. Ability to develop younger Russian well engineers to at least similar levels of seniority. Knowledge of Cyber rigs is not a prerequisite but an advantage.

Implementation manager/Менеджер проекта. Иностранная компания (крупный проект по строительству беспроводных сетей связи). Задачи, обязанности: Координация работы Site Controler"ов. Организация работ в соответствии с приоритетами и временными графиками. Отслеживание процесса монтажа и организация устранения недоделок, ошибок со стороны субподрядчиков. Требования: Понимание процесса Site Acquisition ("приобретение" сайтов). Опыт работы в монтаже радио сайтов (базовые станции). Знание проектно-изыскательской документации; знание характеристик антенно-фидерного тракта, основных требований и правил выполнения монтажа сайтов базовых станций. Английский язык на уровне не ниже среднего технического.

Задачи, обязанности: Purpose: Coordinate, advise and participate in IT planning activities to ensure that ITS works to a robust, clear plan in delivering IT solutions and services to its customers. In full alignment with EP-CIO strategies. Position description - Accountabilities: manage the production of the Annual IM&T Plan. Portfolio Consultant Oil-and-gas industry. Задачи, обязанности: Translate business information requirements into proven systems and applications in line with corporate standards (business analysis). Work with user representatives to determine Application service level requirements for particular applications and assist in the negotiation of and agreement to service levels covering aspects of quantity (e.g. hours, times, throughput, consumables) and quality (e.g. availability, reliability, performance, growth capacity, support, contingency and security). Senior Well Engineer Oil-and-gas industry. Задачи, обязанности: Drive excellence in HSES and drilling well servicing performance. Lead the detailed well designs for the oil, gas and disposal wells of the asset in line with the requirements of the project (cost, schedule and well potential- Be the front line Manager for all aspects of the rig operations. Implement appropriate hazards and effects identification and management (HEMP) in the all phase of the well delivery process. Ensure trade-offs for well operations are made with a best for stance in respect of start up and operation of the platform rigs- including integrated activity planning (production optimization with POB constraints etc). Manage the execution of the well work programs in accordance with agreed objectives, statutory regulations and company policies. Manage the total well engineering offshore staff. Manage all interfaces with onshore management- contractors. Ensure delivery of all stated objectives of the well achieved within the agreed program time constraints and budget. Accountable for all the programs that are required to run the rig. Provide guidance and expert judgment to the rig site Drilling Supervisor on drilling, completion, workover, production testing, abandonment and all matters related to the operations of a rig. Monitor costs on a daily basis, ensure that the most cost effective techniques and equipment are made used. Maintain and control the availability and quality of the services and equipment provided under the Contracts. Change or re-schedule the operations outlined in the well program, when required in order to achieve the well objectives. Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and the global minimum standards. Manage the definition and specification of all permanent well drilling & completion equipment for their operations.
Требования: 10-15 years experience in Well Engineering with in-depth knowledge of well programming & construction. Proven abilities in supervising oilfield operations. Proven project / team / man management skills. Proven track record in delivering results in a challenging environment. Ability to control and manage emergency situations. Expert well control knowledge. Demonstrable passion for safety and delivery/performance improvement. Experience in offshore drilling and completion operations is an advantage. Ability to communicate operational decisions in English and Russian. HSE Leadership and the ability to prioritise HSE over Delivery of Operational targets will form an important criterion in the selection process. Strong HSE leadership. Good understanding of the well engineering interface issues in a multi-disciplinary environment. Broad understanding of the EP business with sound knowledge of well construction process from initial well design to completion. Accountabilities: follow the Company IT Service Management processes. Manage contracts with third party service providers to improve the availability and reliability of modern and cost effective infrastructure.
