Vice General Director on technology of the Management Production Company Textile Manufacture Задачи, обязанности: Transfer of recent technology of dyeing and finishing of specialized textiles. Требования: The successful candidate will have a higher technical/technological education. The practical experience of managing furnishing factory in textile manufacturing facility for at least 5 years is needed. The final candidate also will possess: Wide practical experience in management of complex technological manufacturing facility in textile industry. Experience as Executive or Technical Director of finishing factory or Chief of a dyeing-finishing manufacture. Management experience in using complex technological lines and equipment for finishing and dyeing of special-purpose textile. Knowledge of main European and Japanese dyeing-finishing equipment and requirements on its service. Knowledge of recent technologies, both technical and quality characteristics of dyeing and finishing processes. Knowledge of international standards of manufacture ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:1999. Knowledge of labor and industrial safety management. Understanding of the world market of the high-tech textile producers. Skills in training and developing of personnel. Skills in personnel stimulation and motivation. Skills in negotiations and appearance. Knowledge of office software and case-packages.

Be a member of the Cost, Planning and Reporting Team of the Technical Directorate – Business Support Department. Drilling Supervisor Oil-and-gas industry. Задачи, обязанности: Lead the safety culture of the rig operations. Provide continuous, accurate, clear and concise information to the office based Engineer on any aspect of the rig operation (i.e. processes, costs, HSE, etc) as and when necessary on continuous twenty-four (24) hours per day basis. Требования: Graduate engineer (preferred) or at least a good technical college diploma in Engineering. Must be willing to achieve a valid well control certificate from an internationally recognised authority or be prepared to demonstrate comparable level of proficiency! IWCF certification will be mandatory in probationary period if position offered is a drilling supervisor. Must have at least 10 years of well engineering experience, of which at least 4 years have been spent at the wellsite as the senior company representative on site/Drilling Supervisor. Ability to control and manage emergency situations. Ability to take quick decisions and act on them appropriately. Must be able to communicate operational information in English although help will be given to suitably qualified staff who lack this ability. Ability to develop younger Russian well engineers to at least similar levels of seniority. Knowledge of Cyber rigs is not a prerequisite but an advantage.
