About the UNITY
OUR FEES
- We charge our clients from 18 % up to 25 % of the requested employee's annual income
- NO down payment. You pay after your employees starts working
- The customer company sets time limits for personnel search and selection
- Personnel search and selection is regulated by the contractual agreement between The UNITY Staff Center and the Customer Company. It states the liabilities of the parties, contract guarantees and our fees
WHAT YOU PAY FOR

We reach the desired results in the requested terms, through the most active collaboration with our consultants at all of the stages of personnel search and selection, starting from your first call till our final handshake.
- Your request will be processed within 2 hours. Our customer manager will pass it on to the project group consisting of the consultant, assistant to the consultant, researcher and telephone operator
- The head of the project group (the consultant) contacts you within one working day to arrange the date, time and place of the meeting in order to discuss the details of the expected collaboration
- The consultant will inform you of the selection process in accordance with the agreed details
- The consultant will submit you the CVs of the best candidates together with the detailed commentaries
- The consultant will attend the first interview of the prospective employees to receive feedback on the competence model
- We will provide letters of recommendation on the final candidates from their previous employers
Our Guarantees
- We provide a minimum warranty period of 90 days days since the date of candidate’s placement
- We offer up to 2 candidates free of charge in case the placed employee is unable to meet the customer's demands and has to leave company. The warranty period is to be suspended for the period of new search and started again after the new employee is provided to the client
Staffing searches
We use of the following staffing sources:
- Our CV database (more than 900 thousand CVs valid due to the 1st of July 2007). Every month we update our database with up to 15 thousand CVs from new candidates
- Our web-site (more than 3000 visitors a day)
- Mass Media Advertising (we publish our staffing requests in the most influential HR-editions)
- Letters of introduction
- Other sources
Management selection
We provide only the most qualified employees to our clients. Our staffing experience shows that each personnel selection has its own details. Our consultants provide the following selection solutions.
- Can the candidate fill the position?
To be perfectly sure of the candidate we test his \ her competence, skills, IQ – level, diplomas and qualification certificates.
- Does the candidate have a desire to fill the position?
At this point the consultant evaluates candidate's interest in the position, his \ her career demands and motivating factors.
- To evaluate the level of candidate's controllability and compatibility the consultant has to find out:
- Whether the candidate is able to comply with the corporate management type and corporate culture
- Whether the candidate's interests go along with the corporate interests
- Whether the candidate has a certain level of self-criticism and is able to profit by his \ her mistakes
- Whether the candidate can accepts criticism and is able to work under pressure

The facts:
- Today UNITY team consists of about 150 professionals
- From the 8th of February 1999, till the 1st of July 2007 we have successfully fulfilled about 7347 staffing requests for Russian and foreign companies, some of which have used services of the Consulting Department of Unity.
- We are working with about 500 staffing requests at a time.
- About 75% of all vacancies make the repeat requests from our former customers, or new requests from their recommendations.
- Our database is constantly expanding and now there are about 900 thousands of CVs (valid of the 1st of July 2007)
Every month:
- We accomplish 100-150 staffing requests
- Through different channels we obtain more than 10-15 thousands of CVs
- 2,0-2,5 thousands of candidates come for an interview to our office
- There are more then 60 thousands of visitors at our Web site.
